Ways can be used:

Apply to the face 1–2 times daily.

Apply to the mid-lengths and ends as a hair serum to reduce frizz and minimize breakage.

For a pre-wash scalp treatment, combine with a few drops of Rosemary Oil (optional) and massage into the scalp. Leave on for 1–3 hours, then shampoo twice. Use 1–2 times weekly to support healthy hair growth and help with dandruff.
