Hammam Starter Kit

The hammam process is one that men and women in Morocco have been using for centuries. Moroccan Black Soap gently exfoliates the skin and brings dead skin cells to the surface of the skin. Then, the Kessa Mitt is used to physically remove the dead skin and leave you with soft, silky smooth skin.

Made from saponified olive oil, our Moroccan Black Soap helps to soften and exfoliate the skin. Rich in vitamin E, it can be used for simple cleansing or to soften the skin prior to exfoliating with the Kessa Mitt. It can eliminate excess oil and dead skin cells from the pores. Please note: Proper technique is required for visible exfoliation. Without full rinsing and skin preparation, you may not see dead skin removal!

Directions:

After that in a bowl take Tebrima powder, black soap and add warm water. Mix them all well. consistency of the mixture should not be too runny. Apply this mixture on full body and leave it for 10 mins. After 10 mins wash away the soap from your body completely. 

Wet the kessa glove with warm water and wring out excess water.

Begin scrubbing the skin in back and forth, or up and down, motions. You should begin to see dead skin come off. 

After scrubbing the entire body, rinse off dead skin with water.

This process should be done one time a week. For daily use you can use tebrima powder or black soap alone  but the hammam process exfoliating process should be done once a week 

Tebrima powder can also be used alone as a body and face mask. its a blend of 9 different herbs that are carefully selected to fight inflammation skin, provide even skin tone and remove impurities from skin.
