At Zanaya Rituals, we want you to love your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please Whatsapp us at +973 38002567 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, including in cases where we suspect misuse or abuse of our return policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
